Shipping and Returns

I ship worldwide.

Please allow a 2 week shipping and handling window. I am one person printing shirts, making prints, making art, and shipping orders. I thank you all in advance for your patience and understanding.

Most importantly- Double and triple check your shipping address when placing an order! I want to make sure your package gets to the right place.

I ship all original artworks with tracking information and FULL insurance. 

The price paid for shipping covers shipping supplies, full insurance, and the cost of shipping with tracking information.

Tracking information will be sent you to via the email you used during checkout. Please keep an eye on that email for your tracking information.

You can also sign up for email or text alerts from USPS.com once you've received your tracking number, so you can track your order in real time. 

Customers outside of the United States:

-You are solely responsibly for paying your Country's import duties, customs fees, and taxes. This is not a fee you pay to me, this is a tax you pay to your Country, set forth by your Government, for the importation of goods. It is not my responsibility to know what tax/ how much your customs office is going to charge you. If this concerns you, please contact your local customs office before purchasing artwork from my site.

- If you do not claim your packages from your customs office, and they are eventually sent back to me (sometimes months later) you will NOT receive a refund from me, and you will be responsible for paying to have your package shipped to you again. So please, claim your packages.

-I always declare the full value of artwork on packages for insurance purposes.

-All original artwork is shipped via USPS Priority Mail International, as this is the most economical service to ship that includes insurance. I will not ship original drawings or paintings via first class mail, please don't ask.

And again, please DOUBLE CHECK THE ADDRESS YOU ENTER DURING CHECKOUT.

If you package arrives damaged:

I'm very sorry, please understand that sometimes the postal service is not as careful as we'd like them to be. I have been shipping with my numerous online businesses for 15 years and I pack all of my orders very carefully. I know you may be upset, but please remember that I am not the one who caused this. I am here to help you, so please just send me an email. I purchase insurance for ALL of my outgoing packages for this very reason. 

If this happens, this is how we MUST proceed. Simply contact me and be ready to provide: the name on your order, photos of the damaged item, photos of the damaged box, and photos of the shipping label on the box (clearly visible) so that I can file an insurance claim on your behalf and work on rectifying the situation for you. Please provide me with this within 7 days of receiving your package as there is a finite window of time that I am permitted file am insurance claim. If you do not provide me with exactly these things in the allotted amount of time, I will not be able to help you, and it will be out of my control.

Regarding Returns:

I do not accept returns for any reason.
